Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

Kaffeologie products ship from San Diego, CA.  Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day, whereas orders placed after 2:00 pm EST or on a weekend will be shipped the following business day.

Each item ships separately, meaning that multiple quantities of an item will incur separate shipping charges.  The shipping charges that you pay are the actual shipping costs.

You may select one of a variety of USPS or UPS methods to ship your Kaffeologie product using real time cost calculations.  USPS supported methods include First Class and Priority Mail.  UPS supported methods include ground, 2 day, and overnight. International shipping is also available. 

Please remember that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times for USA, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates
USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 days for orders to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, and 4-8 days for US Protectorates.  USPS First Class Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.  In particular, times of heavy volume such as holidays may increase the shipping time.  For APO/FPO, USPS First Class shipping times may range from 3-5 weeks. 

USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for orders in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, but is not guaranteed.  For US Protectorates, advertised delivery times with USPS Priority are 2-4 days, and for APO/FPO they are 8-16 days.  Again, USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.

UPS guarantees its delivery times and provides a tracking number for your order.  UPS Ground may take 1-6 days depending on your shipping destination, as illustrated by the map below. UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight services are also available for customers in the United States. 

PLEASE NOTE that if you're order is received after 2:00 pm EST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Please also NOTE that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
For deliveries outside the United States, we utilize USPS First Class International for Standard Shipping and USPS Priority International for Expedited Shipping.  Standard shipping requires 10-20 business days depending on location.  Expedited shipping requires 2-5 business days depending on location.  Please note that two day and overnight shipping options are not available outside the Continental US. 

Canada
Shipping to Canada with USPS First Class requires 5-10 business days.  USPS Priority Mail requires 2-4 business days.  Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
