Made of 100% stainless steel, The Coffee Catcher yields a better tasting French press brew and simplifies carafe cleanup, all with a simple, two-part hook and disc design. Before brewing, hook into the disc and press gently toward the bottom of the carafe, aligning the catches on the disc with the spout of the carafe. Brew and pour coffee as normal. Trapping some liquid at the bottom of the carafe, the disc prevents the “bitter tail” from adulterating the taste of your brew.Hook into the disc and pull the coffee grounds from the carafe into your compost in one smooth motion.
Two sizes of The Coffee Catcher are now available:
• Large (4 inch disc) - fits a 12 cup glass carafe
• Medium (3.5 inch disc) - fits a 4-8 cup glass carafe
A small 2.5 inch carafe that fits a 3 cup glass carafe is coming soon.
